Program name: LotWingman Text Messaging. LotWingman is a service of Morado Investments Inc. Car dealers and Turo hosts use it to answer customers by text and phone, confirm appointments, and send their own staff alerts.

What you'll get

• Customers: replies about the car or question you asked about, appointment confirmations, and reminders. You get these only after you text the business first, or tick "Text me" on its website form.
• Business owners and staff: appointment requests to approve, and account alerts, after you sign up and add your number.

Message frequency varies with your conversation. Msg & data rates may apply. Replies may come from an AI assistant. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

How to stop or get help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to opt back in.
• Reply HELP for help, or call or text support at (469) 399-2706.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
